Join us for a complimentary cup of coffee at this informal presentation and discussion, part of our "Coffee Chats" series covering many aspects of Fort history.

Learn about the iconic Round Tower at Fort Snelling, built in 1820 and designed as a “last-ditch” defense in case of attack. A 12-pound field gun was mounted atop the tower once in 1827. And the tower later housed everything from ordnance to a private home to a commercial beauty shop! We'll discuss each era in the tower's fascinating history.
