Registration Information and Contest Deadlines

  • Thursday, April 10, 7:59 pm CST: Registrations Due. All participating students must login to zFairs and confirm their project information, submit payment, and accept contest waivers/required questions.
  • Wednesday, April 16, 10:59 pm CST: Topical Prize Nominations Due. Students may apply for up to three Topical Prizes. More information on the "Student's Main" page on zFairs.
  • Wednesday, April 16, 10:59 pm CST: Website Lockout and Written Materials Due. All Website students must complete project edits and have uploaded final PDF copies of their Process Paper and Annotated Bibliography.
    • Documentary, Exhibit, and Performance students must upload PDF copies of their Process Paper and Annotated Bibliography. Finalized versions must be printed and brought to the State contest.
    • Research Paper Finalists must upload their finalized, completed Paper, Process Paper, and Annotated Bibliography into zFairs.

State Qualifier Feedback Sessions

  • Tuesday, April 2: 4 - 8 pm (Virtual on Zoom) Registration opens in March
  • Saturday, April 5: 12:30 - 4:30 pm (Wilson Library, University of Minnesota Twin Cities) Registration opens in March
